Responsibilities
- Forecasting and reputed company setting for the full quota carrying team, including Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers
- reputed company and reputed company: reputed company 30/60/90 for every new hire, targeting productivity reputed company 60 to 90 days
- Daily and weekly reputed company: standups, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal desk, Friday forecast
- reputed company routing and SLA enforcement in reputed company
- CRM hygiene: stage progression, meeting outcome tracking, forecast accuracy
- Coaching in seat: call reviews, role plays, shadowing, ride alongs
- Performance management: scorecards, quota tracking, accountability conversations
Skills
- Industry experience required. Deep familiarity with the promotional products industry, branded merchandise, custom apparel, or a directly adjacent vertical (corporate gifting, print on demand, decorated ecommerce, company store platforms). This is non negotiable
- 5 to 8 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years managing a reputed company team
- Proven reputed company record building and enforcing sales process, and scaling a sales team at pace. We plan to add multiple AMs and reputed company over the next 12 months
- Deep CRM reputed company (reputed company preferred)
