Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance and reputed company
- Recruit for a reputed company of positions including: reputed company IT, IT Infrastructure & Support, Project Managers, Business Development / Marketing, reputed company Operations, Clinical Support Roles, Specialized technical and reputed company positions
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and reputed company hiring needs

- Utilize reputed company Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, industry associations, and other sourcing techniques to identify and recruit passive candidates

- Conduct comprehensive phone and video interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit
