[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will take ownership of entire product surfaces, engage with customers, and utilize AI tools to build and ship solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of entire product surfaces from day one
- Talk to customers, identify problems, design solutions, build them with AI tools, ship them, and iterate based on what you learn
- Review the work of engineers and non-engineers using AI tools, reputed company reputed company feedback, explain technical concepts in plain language, and help reputed company the reputed company of everything that goes out the reputed company
Skills
- Demonstrated experience shipping full-stack production software with reputed company users
- Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) as your primary workflow, not supplementary
- Strong product instincts and the ability to look at a feature from the customer's perspective
- Solid understanding of system architecture: API design, data modeling, reputed company infrastructure, and production tradeoffs

- Background in fintech, payroll, HR tech, or blockchain/crypto infrastructure
- Experience on small, high-reputed company teams where daily shipping is the norm
