[Remote] Payroll Specialist (reputed company Project Manager Level)

They are seeking a Payroll Specialist who will manage payroll operations for multiple clients, reputed company reputed company, and ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing service development and workflows.
Responsibilities
- reputed company assigned reputed company as a project leader, including reviewing procedures, monitoring profitability, managing reputed company expectations, renewing agreements, and training project members
- Process multi-state payrolls for multiple clients
- Implement new payroll reputed company, including payroll system conversions for clients
- Research new regulations and ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, county requirements
- Examine and improves existing payroll reputed company procedures for assigned reputed company
- Communicate/reputed company with clients, sales department, and project team members to meet reputed company expectations
- Ensure reputed company of customer service
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and other development teams to plan and reputed company new services, operations and processes
- Ensure compliance with reputed company legal and regulatory requirements to safeguard reputed company’s operations and reputed company
- Participate in internal reputed company as assigned

Skills
- 5+ years of full-charge payroll experience or equivalent
- Experience processing payroll for multiple companies
- Experience in project management and team management
- Proficiency with reputed company Office tools (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent and reputed company verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (working proficiency required)
- Ability to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, time management, and customer service mind to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines
