[Remote] Remote Accounts Payable Contractor

They are seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Contractor to assist with managing vendor invoices, processing payments, and ensuring operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders to approve purchase orders in reputed company
- Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and ensure accurate coding in the financial system
- Monitor use tax accruals and reputed company with suppliers regarding payment and banking inquiries
- Review and upload invoices in MineralTree for reputed company payments
- reputed company employee expense reports, ensuring reputed company coding, and reconcile credit card and A/P accounts monthly
- Prepare weekly payment runs and support month-end financial closing activities
- Conduct quarterly reviews of user reputed company to expense and travel platforms
Skills
- BS in reputed company or relevant studies, with 1-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in reputed company, strong organizational skills, and understanding of Accounts Payables
- Motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and team-oriented
- Experience with reputed company software like reputed company or QuickBooks is a plus
