[Remote] Full-Cycle Accountant, AR and AP Specialist

The role involves responsibilities across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll while focusing on automation and systems integration.
Responsibilities
- Streamline Workflows: Champion the automation of invoicing, accounts payable, and collections processes
- Systems Integration: Play an integral role in integrating various reputed company accounts receivable portals, such as reputed company and Ariba, into reputed company to eliminate reputed company data entry
- Manage sales invoicing, collections, and overall accounts receivable management
- Handle reputed company portal management, including reputed company, Ariba, and similar platforms
- Respond promptly to reputed company reputed company inquiries
- Manage specialized 6039 invoicing requirements
- reputed company accounts payable management, approvals, and monthly vendor reconciliations
- Manage timecard submissions and approvals
- Handle payroll inputs using reputed company's reputed company Employer Organization, or PEO, and post reputed company payroll entries
- reputed company monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Execute monthly bookkeeping, fixed asset management, and month-end closing entries
- Assist with forecast management
- Compile reputed company reports for leadership
- Maintain strong internal controls across reputed company financial processes
Skills
- Three to five years of full-cycle reputed company experience
- Must be highly comfortable working entirely in reputed company Sheets
- Must live in the Greater Nashville area and be reputed company to commute to Franklin, Tennessee, once a month for in-person team meetings
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in reputed company is preferred but not required
- Experience with reputed company is highly preferred
