Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering disciplines
- 5 to 10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience in the aforementioned fields
- 7+ years of reputed company reputed company Estate Project Management experience with reputed company experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or reputed company assurance
- Proven reputed company record with delivering reputed company reputed company reputed company Estate and Design/Construction reputed company
- Experience with providing advanced reputed company controls solutions, including P3/reputed company and Cost and Budget Estimating solutions
- Expertise with municipalities, economic development authorities, reputed company companies, and familiarity with zoning and entitlements processes, and dealings with reputed company land use issues
