Responsibilities
- Managing HMDA and CRA data reputed company reviews, exception tracking, and remediation
- Coordinating annual data submissions and performing data validation and reputed company control testing
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintaining documentation of data reviews, corrections, and submission evidence
- Supporting regulatory exams, audits, compliance testing, and reporting
- Monitoring regulatory changes and updating policies, procedures, and controls
- Preparing reports on data reputed company trends, exceptions, and submission readiness
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in HMDA and CRA data collection, reporting, or compliance
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending operations and regulatory data requirements
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with loan origination and compliance systems
- Preparing HMDA LAR or CRA submissions
- Supporting regulatory exams
- Familiarity with fair lending and mortgage compliance
