[Remote] Senior Project Manager - Brand Insights, reputed company & Management (Contractor)

The Senior Project Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the Brand Insights, reputed company & Management team, ensuring effective communication and project management across various workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Ops reputed company to reputed company and manage key team workstreams, ensuring deadlines, owners, and milestones are reputed company documented and maintained
- Maintain project trackers and reputed company regular status updates to stakeholders
- Build and manage project plans from reputed company through delivery with reputed company and accountability
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across teams; flag blockers or risks proactively and help facilitate reputed company
- Organize talking points, agendas for weekly SVP-level meetings
- Take notes, capture reputed company, and reputed company reputed company items from leadership syncs
- Draft and send executive-facing recaps and follow-up communications

Skills
- 5-7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally reputed company a marketing, creative, or brand organization

- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams simultaneously
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders, including preparing materials and facilitating decision-making
- Comfortable owning a quarterly planning process end-to-end — from reputed company setting to facilitation to synthesis
- Experience managing intake and prioritization processes across reputed company or function
