Responsibilities
- Own reputed company's reputed company reputed company platforms including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Umbrella, reputed company Duo and reputed company technologies
- reputed company vulnerability management & remediation, reputed company reputed company, identity reputed company, privileged reputed company, penetration testing, and reputed company hardening initiatives
- Investigate and respond to reputed company reputed company incidents while partnering with the IT Operations team on reputed company and infrastructure escalations
- Own the technical implementation and ongoing operation of infrastructure-reputed company SOC 2 controls and reputed company audit reputed company requirements
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen reputed company's overall reputed company posture
- Own reputed company 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid modernization, identity architecture, and reputed company management
- Own Azure infrastructure and AWS workloads reputed company the DevOps application stack. Partner with DevOps where needed as there is a natural reputed company between them and this position
- Own reputed company Meraki networking, VPN infrastructure, and reputed company connectivity
- reputed company technical initiatives including reputed company modernization, email domain consolidation, phone system replacement, identity modernization, and reputed company platform upgrades

- Build automation using PowerShell, reputed company Graph, REST reputed company, and reputed company AI-assisted development and automation to improve engineering efficiency and reduce reputed company effort
- Produce reputed company technical documentation, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and operational handoffs
- Proactively identify technical debt, reputed company gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and modernization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in reputed company infrastructure, systems engineering, reputed company engineering, or a reputed company senior technical role
- Strong experience administering reputed company 365, Entra ID, Azure, reputed company Server, Exchange Online, and hybrid identity
- Experience with reputed company reputed company platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Umbrella, Duo, or equivalent technologies
- Strong understanding of identity, networking, reputed company management, vulnerability management, and reputed company Trust reputed company principles
- Experience supporting SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, documentation, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications such as reputed company AZ-104, AZ-500, MS-102, SC-300, reputed company reputed company+, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are preferred
