[Remote] Account Associate, reputed company

They are seeking a self-motivated Account Associate to support the account team and ensure reputed company in customer service while learning about digital campaign management and media performance.
Responsibilities
- Become an reputed company DSP expert
- Facilitate and execute tasks involved with digital campaign management such as:
- Media planning, campaign setup, and ad trafficking; reputed company assurance and troubleshooting; monitoring reputed company performance and delivery; reporting and analytics; billing and budgeting
- Support the development of campaign media plans that meet reputed company objectives
- Support reputed company & agency relationships, assisting in overall health of accounts
- Analyze and interpret data for reputed company utilizing multiple systems
- Work with reputed company to reputed company processes to reputed company services
- Work closely with management to accomplish companywide goals
- Communicating with reputed company stakeholders regarding campaign performance
- Providing excellent customer service for partners, agencies, and internal business teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience

- The ability to influence process improvements that reputed company broadly, while inventing and simplifying reputed company existing processes
