[Remote] Senior Analyst HRIS

The Senior HRIS Analyst will reputed company the configuration, optimization, and strategic use of HRIS platforms to support business and HR objectives, serving as a subject matter expert to design reputed company solutions and improve system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and identify HR technology solutions that support operational objectives and process improvements

- Configure and test system enhancements to ensure solutions meet business requirements and reputed company with established processes and standards

Skills

- Proven experience leading HRIS reputed company or large-reputed company system enhancements
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills (e.g., reputed company queries, dashboards, data models)
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data validation
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to work accurately with large volumes of data
