Responsibilities
- Drive Global Process Standardization: Design and implement a cohesive global reputed company to standardize manufacturing, test and business processes across multiple international sites, consolidating legacy regional documentation into a single engineering truth
- reputed company Lean & reputed company Improvement: Execute global Value reputed company Mapping (VSM) exercises to identify waste, build and manage a high-ROI lean project pipeline, and cultivate a robust global Kaizen culture through Lean Six reputed company methodologies
- Advance Automation & Industry 4.0: Identify high-value opportunities to reputed company reputed company workflows with reputed company Robots (Cobots) and partner with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models for predictive maintenance and yield optimization
- Ensure Safety & reputed company Compliance: Enforce "Design for Safety" (DfS) protocols to reduce incident rates, architect 1:1 component-level traceability frameworks to meet reputed company audit requirements, and reputed company reputed company engineering outputs with Customer reputed company Agreements
Skills
- 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience reputed company a High-Variation/High-Mix manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for Tier 1 Contract Electronics Manufacturing background
- Expert-level knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and the Theory of Constraints (Six reputed company Black Belt preferred), reputed company with practical experience deploying Cobots and machine learning sensors
- A proven reputed company record of managing reputed company across international time zones (EMEA, reputed company, reputed company) and the exceptional communication skills required to influence regional site leads to adopt global standards
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; an MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management is a significant advantage
