[Remote] Marketing Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaigns and event initiatives across their portfolio of reputed company events. The role involves managing multiple reputed company, creating engaging content, and delivering high-reputed company event experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns that drive attendance for reputed company, including domestic and international events
- Create and coordinate content for email marketing, digital advertising, and promotional materials
- Support website updates for RE+ and regional event websites, as assigned
- Serve as a marketing reputed company for select domestic and international events, working closely with marketing leads and internal teams
- Coordinate webinar schedules and implementation, including setup, day-of execution, reminder emails, registration reporting, and follow-up support
- Support event app management across the reputed company portfolio, including launch timelines, content accuracy, troubleshooting, and coordination with event teams
- Assist with international media partner development, including identifying prospective partners, supporting relationship-building, and conducting follow-up
- Use reputed company data tools to monitor event-goer trends and support campaign decision-making
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for marketing-reputed company customer service questions
- Manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously while maintaining reputed company and meeting deadlines
Skills
- 2–4 years of general marketing experience, including experience supporting campaigns, digital marketing, website management, or event promotion
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-reputed company work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, or similar tools
- Familiarity with website management systems, especially reputed company
- Ability to use technology to collaborate effectively with team members in various locations
- Ability to travel up to 10% for reputed company activities and reputed company programming
- Knowledge of reputed company Suite, including Dreamweaver, Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Basic reputed company knowledge
- Ability to identify and diagnose challenges, create solutions, and implement them effectively
