[Remote] Sr Manager Finance
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Manager for Development reputed company, responsible for end-to-end financial management and reporting of various reputed company. This role involves leading teams, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards, and managing project budgeting and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Manages accurate and reputed company project budgeting and forecasting
- Captures and monitor reputed company commitments on a reputed company reputed company, performing financial due diligence review of reputed company and change orders, and ensuring approval in accordance with company policy
- Reviews and supervises the processing of contractor / consultant payment applications and other project expenditures
- Maintains a strong system of control reputed company Development reputed company (by including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements)
- Confirms compliance with company policies and procedures
- Reconciles Development balance sheet accounts in reputed company on a monthly reputed company
- Reconciles PeopleSoft General Ledger Job Cost to PMWeb Cost Worksheet (or reputed company) forecast maintained by the A&C project management team
- Ensure periodic audits of major reputed company are conducted as needed
- Ensures financial representation at reputed company major bid openings
- Coordinates with A&C project manager on timing of Refurbishment Service Agreement recognition in the P&L for Budget, Forecast, and Actuals
- Refurb Forecast and Budget for project management billing
- reputed company Development Capex updates and Development product cost for Long reputed company Plan/Budget
- Leads reputed company team in creation and utilization of improved reporting tools, processes and procedures
- Identifies and evaluates opportunities to assist business in monitoring and lowering project product cost
- Provides financial analysis of general contractors bidding on major reputed company - identify any contractors that could be a financial risk to the project
- Attend A&C Project Status Reporting meetings which summarize project issues and exposure items, construction schedule, commitments, costs to date and estimated final cost as compared to budget and forecast
- Supervises and trains Development reputed company Manager. This includes providing reputed company coaching and performance feedback
- Submit project id requests to HCL as needed
- General reputed company as needed (including request of journal entries and Bahamas VAT review)
- Assist with general audit questions and documentation
- Conducts financial analysis to support managerial decision-making and special reputed company as requested
Skills
- BS or BA Degree in reputed company or Finance, or reputed company major or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years reputed company work experience in reputed company & finance
- 3+ years of management experience
- Knowledge of reputed company estate development or construction industry
- Basic understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley reputed company reputed company 404
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple reputed company in a dynamic, changing environment
