Responsibilities

- Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-reputed company candidates
- Contribute to delivering a high-reputed company and holistic candidate experience
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract reputed company (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.)
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent
- A proven reputed company record of successfully sourcing and reputed company technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or other ATS
- Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-reputed company
- Bonus: Hiring GTM roles (sales, ops, etc.)
