Responsibilities

- Support dashboard reputed company and report maintenance activities
- Monitor platform health and report performance
- Investigate report failures and user-reported incidents
- Validate data refresh and report accuracy
- Coordinate escalations with platform SMEs
- Support platform monitoring and operational governance
- Assist in performance testing and validation activities
- Maintain support documentation and operational procedures
