They are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates while maintaining high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to interviews to extending offers
- Conduct 6–10 candidate interviews per day, consistently hitting performance targets
- Support sourcing efforts as needed, using creative strategies across reputed company, reputed company, and other relevant channels

- Build and refine trackers and databases to reputed company candidate management and sourcing organized
