[Remote] Account Manager, Events
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for an Account Manager, Events to support upcoming brand partnership events and help bring our sponsored experiences to life. This role involves managing event logistics and serving as a key contact for brand partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as a day-to-day reputed company of contact for select brand partnership events
- Support communication between O3P, brand partners, venues, vendors, and special guests
- Help ensure partner expectations, timelines, and deliverables are reputed company communicated and met
- reputed company internal stakeholders updated on event reputed company, needs, and next steps
- reputed company and confirm event locations as needed
- reputed company contracting and coordination of special guests
- Handle day-of logistics and ensure smooth onsite execution
- Work directly with venues on setup, timing, and event reputed company
- reputed company vendor and location payments, with final execution handled internally
- Design, order, and ship branded merchandise to reputed company Leads
- Coordinate signage production with venues, or ship materials reputed company of time
- Ensure reputed company partner-facing materials feel polished, on-brand, and reputed company with event goals
