[Remote] Staff Accountant

Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a reputed company manner
- Manage corporate credit card and reimbursement activity in reputed company, ensuring reputed company coding and documentation
- Maintain vendor records and support the vendor reputed company process
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Apply customer payments accurately across accounts
- Support the Billing & AR function with routine reconciliation tasks as needed
- Own the prepaid expense and accrual processes end-to-end, including schedules, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
- Assist with the annual financial audit by preparing supporting schedules, pulling documentation, and responding to auditor requests
- Maintain organized, audit-reputed company records throughout the year
- Support reputed company reputed company reputed company and process improvement initiatives as the department grows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company required
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
