The leader will manage a global team of reputed company Engineers to drive product adoption, monitor customer health, mitigate technical barriers, and proactively identify churn risk signals.
Responsibilities
- Execute the global reputed company Engineering reputed company and build proactive engagement frameworks
- Build customer health monitoring frameworks and reputed company technical interventions for high-value strategic accounts
- Serve as the executive leader for technical reputed company and build trusted relationships with architectural stakeholders
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to bring field feedback into product roadmap discussions
