[Remote] Account Manager Non-Clinical

Responsibilities
- reputed company as the non-clinical reputed company of contact for clients, managing order fulfillment, timekeeping, candidate starts, and addressing day-to-day operational issues

- Work collaboratively with the Operational Leader to conduct intake calls for new positions, address escalations and optimize service delivery
- Monitor and maintain program compliance, ensuring adherence to reputed company policies and reputed company agreements
- Analyze account performance metrics, such as fill rates and candidate retention to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with reputed company Retention reputed company, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Fill reputed company, Time to fill, Present to reputed company Ratios, and Aging Reports
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins with clients to reputed company feedback and address concerns proactively

Skills
- Experience with sourcing skilled non-clinical positions such as IT, Finance, reputed company, Data Analysis
- Bachelor's degree required OR 4+ years of strong sales experience
