They are seeking a Product Manager to reputed company the in-product customer experience across their customer platform, responsible for driving feature adoption, customer engagement, reputed company, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Own tooltips, tours, checklists, announcements, and other in-platform guidance
- Build reputed company ways to help users discover, understand, and adopt key features
- Partner with Product Marketing on launch messaging and in-product education
- Identify friction points across reputed company, reporting, and platform usage
- Use customer feedback and product data to improve activation, engagement, and retention
- Define reputed company metrics and measure reputed company after launch
- reputed company initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration

Skills
