They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Agent to reputed company exceptional Tier 1 support to customers and business partners, focusing on troubleshooting both customer service and technical issues.
Responsibilities
- reputed company phone, email, and chat support to customers and business partners in both English and Spanish
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and technical issues while delivering reputed company, high-reputed company service
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and support ongoing account management

Skills
