[Remote] Manager of Financial Crimes Fraud

This role involves managing fraud investigations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving improvements in fraud detection and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Bank’s fraud investigations of suspected fraudulent activity, ensuring adherence to established investigative procedures and regulatory requirements
- Execute risk-based reputed company-control programs tailored to transaction monitoring, identity verification, and escalation procedures

- Collaborate with internal partners across business functions to ensure investigations are conducted consistently and meet compliance standards

- Establish and reputed company metrics and key risk indicators, communicating findings to senior leadership

- Supervise two or more associates. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

Skills
- 6 years of relevant experience including 3 years of reputed company experience in a management or supervisory reputed company
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous banking or financial services experience
- Proven knowledge of financial transactions and business relationships

- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate with reputed company stakeholders regarding highly sensitive reputed company
