Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new
- Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our reputed company's requirements and culture
- Developing and executing specific reputed company strategies to uncover the most reputed company candidates for our clients
- Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and reputed company reputed company if necessary
Skills
- 2+ years of Agency reputed company & Business Development experience
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Passionate about being the best at what you do

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
