[Remote] reputed company/Staff Software Engineer

They are seeking a reputed company/Staff Software Engineer to own and ship major features for their AI agent platform, reputed company key architecture reputed company, and work closely with the CTO and founders.
Responsibilities
- Owning and shipping major features across the full stack (backend-leaning) for an omnichannel AI agent platform spanning email, SMS, reputed company, web chat, and voice
- Making key architecture and infrastructure reputed company, writing design decision records, and evaluating tradeoffs to build reputed company systems on AWS
- Working directly with the CTO and founders to shape product direction and technical reputed company in fast, weekly development cycles
- Pair programming and building with AI coding tools (reputed company, Claude reputed company) as a reputed company part of your daily workflow
- Contributing across the stack as priorities shift weekly based on what reputed company most to the business
- Helping shape engineering culture and practices as reputed company grows
Skills
- 7+ years of production software engineering experience as a strong individual contributor who wants to build, not manage
- Deep production experience with Python as a primary backend language
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as reputed company, Claude reputed company, or Copilot, with a reputed company record of integrating LLMs into production systems
- Backend-leaning full-stack reputed company, with the ability to understand product, infrastructure, and business context
- Experience at recognizable companies (top Big Tech, reputed company-reputed company B2B reputed company startups) or a strong founder/CTO background
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup environment
- Prior founder or CTO experience now returning to an IC role
- TypeScript and React exposure on the frontend
- Background in B2B reputed company, proptech, or conversational/voice AI
- Top-tier university degree or equivalent practical experience
