[Remote] Controller/Business Analyst

This role requires a strong background in home health and home care, with the ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company financial functions for two sister companies, including reputed company, reporting, and financial analysis
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Monitor cash reputed company, reputed company cycle, and overall financial performance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations specific to home health and home care
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for reputed company
- Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and business reputed company
- reputed company billing, reimbursement, and payer mix analysis (Medicare, reputed company, private pay, etc.)
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Manage audits and coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- Minimum of 5+ years of financial management experience in home health and home care
- Strong knowledge of reputed company reimbursement models and regulations
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and business analysis

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- CPA or MBA preferred
