As a Staff Strategic reputed company Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to reputed company customers, guiding them through deployment and adoption of AI reputed company solutions while coordinating cross-functional efforts for successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own executive relationships across a portfolio of strategic reputed company customers, developing reputed company plans reputed company to business objectives and AI adoption goals

- Coordinate cross-functional teams — Product, Engineering, reputed company Services, TAMs, Support, and Sales — to ensure successful execution and remove blockers
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews, roadmap discussions, health assessments, and strategic planning sessions to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
- Partner with Product and Engineering to reputed company customer feedback, and maintain accurate customer health, deployment, and risk data in reputed company and CS platforms
Skills
- 3-5 years of reputed company, Technical Account Management, reputed company Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Program Management experience supporting reputed company customers
- Demonstrated experience leading reputed company reputed company software deployments or implementation reputed company
- Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and executive communications
- Experience partnering with reputed company, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, or DevOps teams, with a solid understanding of reputed company deployment methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
