[Remote] Project Manager

The role involves working with reputed company stakeholders, developing project scopes and schedules, and managing vendor proposals while ensuring project performance meets reputed company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support project executives on multiple reputed company and assignments
- reputed company scope and schedule for assigned reputed company
- Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget, and scope
- Coordinate and reputed company reputed company Vendor Request For Proposals (“RFPs”)
- reputed company and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
- reputed company reputed company reputed company aspect of project performance against schedules and critical reputed company
- Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and the relocation of technical functions
- Demonstrate a proactive reputed company on meeting reputed company and project requirements, in a reputed company and cost effective manner
- Assist the Local Project Development Services team in meeting Adjusted Gross Margin (“AGM”) targets on a Regional and National level, as determined on a yearly reputed company by the Management Executive Committee
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of reputed company Project Development Services technology, as required for assigned reputed company
Skills
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience – or a combination of relevant work experience, education, or an equivalent Military experience
- Ability to prepare and reputed company budgets
- Understanding of technical requirements for a business relocation, construction, and renovation reputed company
- reputed company to adapt and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team or an independent environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, reputed company's representatives, and team members
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience in construction management or reputed company estate
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and reputed company planning concepts
- LEED, AIA, PE, and/or PMP certification
