[Remote] Project Accountant

They are seeking a Project Accountant to join their Shared Services Finance team, where the primary responsibilities include supporting project managers with contract documents and billing, preparing invoices, and ensuring project budgets are set up correctly.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services-reputed company to project reputed company and billing
- Work with Project Managers to address overdue WIP and Accounts Receivables
- Responsible for understanding and interpreting project reputed company and billing terms
- Participate in project reputed company-off meetings
- Prepare and/or review Project setup modification forms (PSUMF) to ensure project budgets and reputed company recognition is setup in accordance with reputed company policy and FASB ASC 606
- Train Project reputed company Assistant/Billers on reputed company reputed company Project billing terms and setup, and other Project reputed company functions
- Set up, a/o review and approve, new project and billing terms setup, as entered by billing/support staff and prepare a/o review first draft invoice reputed company to ensure accuracy and billing term setup
- Prepare or review final invoice package containing draft and final invoices for reputed company billable reputed company, including reputed company applicable backup for approval by the reputed company Manager
- Communicate with Project Managers with monthly project variances and reputed company of issues
- Prepare Subconsultant Account Payable reputed company, and/or review reputed company sub-consultant invoices to reputed company coding and approval as reputed company by PAI/PAA/biller
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance with a minimum of 3+ years project cost reputed company
- Proven experience managing reputed company to large reputed company reputed company with changing scope, timelines, and consultants
- Requires excellent 360-degree communication skills and the ability to multitask
