Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and organizational effectiveness
- Guide managers through performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and difficult employee conversations
- Conduct employee relations reviews and support investigations while ensuring consistent policy application
- Collaborate with reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development on people initiatives
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and organizational change efforts
Skills
- 5–7 years of reputed company HR experience, including employee relations and performance management
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- reputed company coaching managers through performance, disciplinary, and employee relations reputed company
- Trusted advisor with strong judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills
- reputed company-CP, reputed company-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
