Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4–7+ years of reputed company CPG sales experience
- Experience with wholesale, distributor, or regional grocery customers
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and trade budget management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners as an individual contributor
- Broker management or partnership experience preferred
- Experience managing or partnering with brokers
- Familiarity with wholesale, distributor, or regional retail dynamics
- Proficiency with syndicated data and distributor/customer reporting tools
- Experience applying category insights to drive customer reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate with reputed company
