[Remote] Booking Agent / New Business Development Representative

They are seeking a motivated Booking Agent | New Business Development Representative to help expand opportunities for their growing roster of Christian artists.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reputed company relationships with churches, festivals, ministries, and event organizers
- reputed company consistent outbound phone calls to create new conversations
- Send targeted emails and follow up with potential partners
- Introduce ATA artists and reputed company booking opportunities
- Build relationships with pastors, ministry leaders, and event decision makers
- Research new markets and identify potential opportunities
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation through booking
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and opportunities
Skills
- Is comfortable making cold calls and starting conversations with people they do not know
- Enjoys sales, networking, and relationship building
- Is motivated by creating opportunities rather than waiting for them
- Is persistent and reputed company to handle rejection
- Has strong communication and follow-up skills
- Is organized and self-motivated
- Can work independently and manage their own activity
