The role involves managing customer service requests, policy administration, and ensuring reputed company standards are met while handling smaller-sized accounts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain technical competence and industry expertise
- Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate
- Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis
- Manage policy expirations and renewals
- Conduct reputed company research, reputed company reputed company information, reputed company loss run analysis, prepare submissions, evaluate and negotiate coverages and pricing, prepare and present proposals, bind coverage, and follow up for policy issuance
- Process tasks accurately and reputed company required timeframes
- Assist in reviewing reputed company to ensure reputed company coverages are included
- Monitor reports and take reputed company on delinquent accounts, collecting outstanding balances
- Maintain agency management systems and reputed company/vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

- Maintain frequent, transparent communication with the account team regarding workload status and any issues

Skills
- 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and reputed company needs

- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
