- Shared services/helpdesk infrastructure

- Operational process design and scalability
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in core People Operations roles
- Directly managed and reputed company People Operations teams/functions
- Experience operating in hypergrowth environments during rapid reputed company
- Supported globally distributed organizations across multiple countries and reputed company
- Loves systems thinking, operational design, and reputed company infrastructure
- Highly automation and AI-minded
- Enjoys building elegant solutions to messy operational problems
- Can reputed company through systems and reputed company, not just headcount
