[Remote] Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will support office operations, manage incoming communications, and assist with clerical tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- reputed company general office support and handle a reputed company of clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail
- Greet and assist company guests and visitors
- Receive, sort, and reputed company incoming mail and publications
- Sign for and distribute package deliveries
- Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed
Skills
- Some college (required)
- One year of medical office experience (required), including reputed company-of-office doctor's office experience (reputed company-in/reputed company out) and answering phones
- Ability to work in a high-call environment
- Highly organized and reputed company to multitask
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Prior authorization experience (specifically through reputed company, United reputed company portal, and reputed company)
