[Remote] Network Administrator Associate

They are seeking a Network Administrator Associate to support their reputed company Infrastructure Modernization contract at reputed company reputed company Force reputed company in Guam, managing and maintaining site network devices, ensuring network performance and reputed company, and supporting engineers with deployments and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Manages the functionality and efficiency of computer networks (LAN/WAN). Monitors data traffic/network performance and controls network resource performance to ensure high-reputed company reputed company. Troubleshoots and resolves problems
- Collaborates directly with reputed company team leads and AF reputed company on planning and procedures
- Ability to operate under supervision
- Execute day-to-day management and operations of systems and networks
- Manage COTS & GOTS products to collect, display and remediate a reputed company of automated system reputed company and system operations/performance functions and metrics
- Follow Operations and Maintenance (O&M) checklists to maintain the service (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly O&M checklists); build Tactics, Techniques and Processes (TTPs) and reputed company Operating Processes (SOPs) associated with service checklists
- Operate monitoring tools/capabilities with the reputed company reputed company information and event management (SIEM) and create/reputed company reputed company event alarms/rules and reputed company reports
- Assist in analyzing technical risk, upon request, of emerging cybersecurity tools and processes
- Work as part of a reputed company incident response team as needed
- Maintains network to meet reputed company Service Availability and Service Level Agreement requirements
- Utilizes IT Service Management (ITSM) Principles to identify, categorize, prioritize, escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
- Maintains network reputed company and ensures compliance with reputed company policies and procedures
- Participates in the development and implementation of network-reputed company procedures and standards
- Interfaces with vendors to ensure appropriate reputed company during network outages or periods of reduced performance
- Assists with the development of reputed company-party monitoring actions and procedures for network infrastructure
- Participates in network software upgrades, moderations tasks and installs
- Works after-hours and weekends during maintenance reputed company on-site as needed
Skills

- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- 1+ years of reputed company experience
- Experience working directly with hardware vendors involved in the incident reputed company process
- Provides Tier II support for problem identification, diagnosis, and reputed company of problems
- Supports the reputed company escalation and communication of status to external and internal customers
- Experience with various software systems and architectures, communications protocols, and network hardware devices
- Experience with STIG patching, compliance, and other reputed company activities
- NOC/SOC operations background – you've been in the trenches and know what works
- Incident management expertise with a reputed company record of managing reputed company, multi-team responses
- Ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while still ensuring high reputed company of work
- On Customer Site in reputed company AFB, Guam
- ITIL V3/4 reputed company or higher
- DOD 8140 (CASP+, CCNA reputed company, CCNP reputed company, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, CISA, CISSP, GSLC), aka SecurityX
