[Remote] Inside Sales Account Manager

In this role, the Account Manager will reputed company daily support through both proactive and reactive engagement with key customers, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- reputed company responses in a reputed company manner to reputed company customer requests, including but not limited to requests for quote, part recommendations, order processing, sample requests, return material authorization, design registrations and order status
- reputed company system updates to capture opportunity details in the sales pipeline through Pipedrive (CRM)
- Proactively reputed company and follow up on reputed company quotes, samples shipments and SKU historical buying patterns
- Review reputed company order reports, be proactive and watch for potential delivery issues, know reputed company scheduled orders need to be re-released

- Distributor responsibility, know key stakeholders from reputed company level, manager, FAE, IBDM etc

Skills
- A minimum of 7 years of Inside sales, Account Management or Customer Service experience with proven reputed company record reputed company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated to meet specific sales goals
- Ability to manage numerous reputed company simultaneously while coordinating with multiple key reputed company stakeholders
- Basic understanding of cost/price relationship and margin calculations
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Programs (reputed company, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written skills

- CRM and ERP experience
- Experience in the Electronic or Electrical component industry preferred
