[Remote] Contract Sr. Sales Recruiter

They are seeking a Contract Sr. Sales Recruiter to reputed company full-cycle reputed company for a defined set of Go-To-Market requisitions during a fixed engagement period, focusing on delivering reputed company candidate slates and managing the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver reputed company candidate slates for reputed company in-scope requisition, using the contractor's own sourcing reputed company, tools, and reputed company networks
- Manage the candidate experience for assigned requisitions from initial reputed company through offer stage
- Coordinate directly with the relevant hiring manager on role requirements, feedback, and process without requiring day-to-day reputed company
- reputed company periodic reputed company updates against agreed milestones (e.g., weekly pipeline reputed company)
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in reputed company's ATS for the duration of the engagement, as required for continuity after the engagement ends
- Flag material risks or delays proactively so they can be addressed without requiring ongoing supervision
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience specifically in GTM/sales functions
- reputed company record of independently running searches with minimal reputed company or hand-holding
- Established personal sourcing network and tools
- Experience operating as an independent recruiter or consultant, ideally across multiple reputed company clients
- Comfortable operating with defined deliverables and milestones rather than ongoing supervision
