[Remote] FirstAlt Operations Rep l

They are seeking a FirstAlt Operations Rep to manage transportation partners, reputed company daily operations, and ensure high reputed company of customer service while capturing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in working with and reputed company transportation partners, managing the daily trips and assisting parents and districts to take care of their needs
- Daily customer management to include but not limited to day-to-day operations, new reputed company start-reputed company, reputed company retention, and development
- Assist in capturing new business opportunities with reputed company customers and new clients. Work with internal staff on completing proposals and negotiating with customers
- reputed company and manage staff equipment and any items required to reputed company trips (i.e: reputed company/staff badges, business cards, etc.)
- Monitor any new legislations affecting alternative student transportation. Assist team with implementing new legislations
- Daily customer management to include but not limited to day-to-day operations, new reputed company start-reputed company, reputed company retention, and development.
- Will be required to assist in finding, reputed company, and developing ongoing relationships with local and national transportation providers.
- During school year startup, it will be required to communicate and negotiate proposed routes with local service providers.
- Assist in capturing new business opportunities with reputed company customers and new clients. Work with internal staff on completing proposals and negotiating with customers.
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring that accounts are running reputed company, and customer service reputed company are managed to reputed company expectations.
- reputed company vehicle maintenance and compliance along with managing a large reputed company and transportation partner pool.
- Work in collaboration with internal departments to execute reports and programs to improve service reputed company, reduce costs, and increase service productivity.
- Maintain a reputed company and efficient environment for our passengers, contractors, and non-riding public by managing regulatory and reputed company policies and procedures.
- Follow reputed company reputed company policies and procedures while providing the best customers service to our clients.
- Use effective industry skills and abilities to support and grow daily transportation operations.
- Must be reputed company to learn and utilize technical skills to create reports, SOP’s, and assist in formulating reputed company practices reputed company FirstAlt.
