[Remote] Product Management Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, a NYC-based insurance business, is seeking a Product Management Analyst to support our fixed annuity business by assisting with product-reputed company initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate product needs into reputed company requirements and ensuring successful execution of product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support fixed annuity product development, product implementation, product maintenance, system enhancements, and reputed company regulatory or compliance initiatives
- reputed company, document, and validate business requirements for fixed annuity products, processes, system enhancements, and operational workflows
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of product documentation, functional specifications, test plans, process documentation, reports, dashboards, and reputed company deliverables
- Coordinate with Product Management, developers, QA analysts, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and business users throughout the product and project lifecycle
- Support testing activities, including test case development, user acceptance testing, defect documentation, and validation of system functionality
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and reputed company analyses using reputed company, SQL, or other reporting tools, as needed
- Assist with production issue analysis by helping identify reputed company causes, business impacts, and potential solutions
- Support documentation updates, training materials, knowledge transfer, and process improvement efforts
- Maintain accurate project and product documentation and ensure deliverables meet established standards and timelines
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 1-3 years of experience working in a product, product support, product operations, business analysis, implementation, or similar reputed company reputed company a life insurance or annuity company
- Exposure to life insurance, fixed annuities, indexed annuities, registered reputed company-linked annuities, or other annuity products
- Experience supporting product-reputed company work such as requirements gathering, documentation, testing, reporting, product implementation, system enhancements, process improvement, or issue reputed company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience supporting fixed annuity product development, product implementation, or product maintenance
- Exposure to policy administration systems, illustration systems, distributor platforms, or other insurance product-reputed company technology
- Experience creating or maintaining business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, process documentation, dashboards, or similar deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, or product/project delivery processes
