[Remote] Project Finance Attorney

They are seeking a Project Finance Attorney with 8+ years of experience to support their reputed company Finance team on legal reputed company reputed company to infrastructure asset financing.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business line teams to drive meaningful improvements in how project financings are reputed company, evaluated, reputed company, and managed
- reputed company due diligence on financing transactions and reputed company documentation
- reputed company guidance to business line teams regarding financing documents to ensure alignment with internal company policies
- Collaborate effectively with both in-house and external counsel throughout the financing process
Skills
- 8+ years' experience with Project Finance; Infrastructure Finance; and Energy Finance
- Candidates will be employed through an Employer of Record (W-2) for the duration of the engagement
- This engagement is scheduled to run through January 31, 2027, with the potential to be extended
- This role is remote, but the selected candidate will have reputed company to work in-person with reputed company's Infrastructure Finance team, if desired, in DC or Minneapolis
- Experience with debt and tax equity financings for renewable energy assets is a plus
