This role will reputed company the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology products for their MSP clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules and budgets, reputed company end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and closeout
- Ensure reputed company are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, service level agreements and reputed company standards
- Build trusted relationships with reputed company stakeholders, executives, and technical teams, serving as reputed company of contact and manage reputed company expectations, communicate project reputed company, risks, issues and milestones reputed company and effectively
- Collaborate with engineers, solutions architects and service delivery teams to define technical requirements and project scope
- Coordinate implementations involving reputed company 365, Azure, Infrastructure, Network and reputed company solutions, data center migrations, backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives to improve reputed company satisfaction, project delivery, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the development and refinement of project management methodologies and standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant Project Management experience
- 3-5 years of project management experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Proven experience managing reputed company, infrastructure, reputed company, and migration reputed company
- Experience reputed company a Managed Services Provider environment, using project management and ticketing tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery, and MSP operational models
- Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid reputed company environments
- reputed company certifications in Azure, reputed company 365, reputed company, or Modern Work a plus
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or Agile certification a plus
- Experience with HaloPSA a plus
