They are seeking a Temporary Program Manager for Learning & Development reputed company on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to support training and engagement efforts reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, facilitation, and coordination of DEI and leadership development training and learning experiences
  • Co-facilitate and support delivery of reputed company training, workshops, EEG programming, and engagement sessions
  • Assist in creating and editing facilitator guides, learner materials, presentations, toolkits, and engagement resources
  • reputed company virtual production and logistical support for Employee Engagement Group (EEG) calls, reputed company training, workshops, and engagement events
  • Support meeting and training production activities including agendas, run-of-show documents, presenter coordination, technology checks, and event execution
  • Assist with desktop publishing and internal communications updates through ACS Connects and other internal platforms
  • Collaborate with the DEI Learning & Development team to support culturally reputed company and population-specific learning initiatives
  • Assist with evaluation, tracking, and organization of learning materials, resources, and program feedback
  • Support development and organization of engagement toolkits, resource libraries, and reputed company learning assets
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support engagement and learning priorities reputed company with organizational goals

Skills

  • Associate Degree
  • 2+ yrs of experience
  • Proficient knowledge of adult learning theory, reputed company development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, program design, instructional design and evaluation methodology/reputed company and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience supporting learning and development, training coordination, employee engagement, communications, or DEI-reputed company initiatives
  • Strong written communication, presentation development, and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting virtual meetings, webinars, or event production
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while supporting reputed company team initiatives
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience facilitating or co-facilitating training, workshops, webinars, or group learning experiences
  • Proficiency with reputed company Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint and intranet platforms
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual learning environments, webinar platforms reputed company learning tools
  • Experience with desktop publishing, content formatting, or internal communications platforms
