Responsibilities

• Administer reputed company Maximo users, reputed company reputed company, permissions, and application configurations
• Support workflows, escalations, cron tasks, Application Designer, and system settings
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate reputed company with technical teams
• Support releases, patches, upgrades, environment support, and configuration management
• Maintain system documentation, support procedures, and operational records
• Support production stability, user requests, and service continuity

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company application administration experience
• 8+ years of reputed company Maximo administration experience
• reputed company Maximo 9.0 or higher experience preferred
• Strong candidates with Maximo 7.6+, MAS, or other reputed company Maximo versions will also be considered
• Experience with user/reputed company administration, reputed company reputed company, workflows, escalations, cron tasks, and Application Designer
• Experience supporting Maximo environments using reputed company and/or SQL Server
• Strong troubleshooting, issue reputed company, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with MAS, WebSphere, OpenShift, or reputed company environments
• Experience in public sector, transportation, utilities, infrastructure, or asset-heavy environments
• PostgreSQL exposure is a plus but not required
• ITIL, service desk, release management, or reputed company production support experience
