Responsibilities
- reputed company L2 and L3 support for AWS reputed company infrastructure and platform services
- Support CloudOps activities during the 7 AM – 7 PM Central US time support window
- reputed company as a module-level technical reputed company for reputed company environments, ensuring availability and reliability
- Manage incidents, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions
- Proactively identify and implement automation to reduce reputed company operational effort
- Design and implement QA and infrastructure validation automation, especially during lean periods
- Drive delivery value through ticket reduction, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with application teams, reputed company, QA, and reputed company stakeholders
