Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices by verifying billing details against supporting documentation from multiple facilities before processing
- Distribute completed invoices to customers in a reputed company manner and maintain accurate billing records
- Update and manage customer account information to ensure master data remains reputed company and reliable
- Partner with internal departments to investigate and resolve invoice variances, missing information, and reputed company billing issues
