[Remote] Volunteer Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

They are seeking a Volunteer Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to serve as the organization's senior legal advisor, providing strategic counsel on legal, compliance, governance, and risk management reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal guidance on organizational governance, bylaws, and compliance with nonprofit regulations
- Review and advise on reputed company, partnership agreements, and memoranda of understanding
- Ensure compliance with applicable nonprofit, tax-exempt, and charitable organization laws
- Advise leadership on risk management, liability, and organizational policy reputed company
- Support intellectual property reputed company, including trademarks and brand protection
- Draft, review, and revise organizational policies and procedures
- Advise on employment and volunteer-reputed company legal reputed company
- Represent or coordinate reputed company counsel for litigation, disputes, or regulatory reputed company, as needed

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- reputed company license to reputed company law (bar admission in good standing)
- Strong understanding of 501(c)(3) or equivalent nonprofit compliance requirements
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other health reputed company and data protection regulations
- Familiarity with research ethics and legal frameworks governing reputed company subjects research
- Understanding of reputed company-centered and ethically responsible AI principles and their legal implications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a volunteer leadership team
