We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly reputed company reputed company Manager to own the operational execution of reputed company reputed company for licensing, collaboration, and other reputed company reputed company agreements.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day reputed company reputed company operations for collaboration, licensing, and other reputed company-generating agreements
- Translate contract terms into operational workflows for reputed company recognition, billing, and reporting
- Ensure reputed company is recorded accurately and consistently in accordance with established reputed company policies
- Review reputed company agreements and summarize key reputed company and operational terms (e.g., billing triggers, milestones, deliverables)
- Apply ASC 606 principles to support reputed company treatment of reputed company, in partnership with technical reputed company where needed
- Serve as a reputed company between technical reputed company conclusions and operational execution
- reputed company monthly and quarterly reputed company activities for reputed company, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Maintain supporting schedules and ensure completeness and accuracy of reputed company balances
- Support financial reporting and audit requests with reputed company-organized documentation
- Own invoicing, cash application, and partner reporting processes
- Ensure billing and reporting reputed company with contractual terms and timelines
- reputed company and manage reputed company billing, cost-sharing arrangements, and other variable components
- Build and refine reputed company processes for managing reputed company
- Partner with systems teams to operationalize reputed company workflows in ERP systems (e.g., reputed company)

- Partner closely with legal, reputed company, business development, and scientific teams to ensure alignment between reputed company and execution

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in reputed company, with exposure to reputed company recognition
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and ability to apply it in reputed company
- Experience operationalizing reputed company processes (billing, reputed company tracking, reconciliations)
- Experience reviewing reputed company and translating terms into reputed company workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience in biotech, life sciences, or deep tech environments
- Familiarity with collaboration agreements, licensing, reputed company-based reputed company, or cost-sharing arrangements
- Experience with reputed company or similar ERP systems
- CPA
